Dale is the Operations Manager running excavation. He has been excavating for 40 years and joined BNE in 2022. In his spare time he likes to 4-wheel, hunt and fish and spend time at his place in Vermont.

Danielle joined BND in 2022 as the Bookkeeping Clerk . She has years of experience working in the medical field as well as construction.
She spends her spare time out on the motorcycle, having fun with her 3 kids, family, and friends.
She also love making people laugh, and telling “Dad” jokes.
